Answer:
Our standard time for delivery to USA is up to 15 Business Days (excluding weekends & Public Holidays).

Where are the products shipped from?
Answer:
We are part of a multi-national companies with operations in Australia and Singapore. Our international fulfillment facility is located in Singapore & Brisbane (Australia).

Question: 
Do I need a prescription to purchase from you?
Answer: 
The products that we offer do not require prescription in Australia or Singapore & therefore we do not require a prescription from you.

Do you have a number where I can contact you?
Answer: 
Currently we do not have any direct number to contact. You can email us on unitedpetworld@gmail.com & we will reply to you within 24 to 48 hrs.

Question:
I received the wrong product. What should I do?
Answer:
We are Sorry that you received a wrong product/item than the one you ordered. From time to time an error can occur in shipping your order. Simply take a picture of the product that you receive with the lot number & expiry date information and email it to unitedpetworld@gmail.com with your order number and we will make it right by shipping you the correct item or provide you a full refund for the incorrectly shipped item.
